Who we are and how to reach us

TheGodSky is operated by Ravi Shanker Singh — [email protected]. Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) we are the data controller for the personal data described on this page: we decide why it is collected and how it is used.

Write to that address with any privacy question or request — access, correction, deletion, or a complaint. You can also reach us through our Telegram service at t.me/thegodsky_bot.

What we collect

• Birth data (date, time, place) that you enter to compute a chart. Charts are computed on our server and stored only when you explicitly save or order a report.
• Order details (name, email, birth data) when you buy a report — kept for delivery, support, and accounting.
• Telegram identifiers when you use our Telegram service — your numeric Telegram ID and, only if you explicitly save it, your chart. Broadcast messages are sent only after you explicitly opt in, and /stop or /delete take effect immediately.
• Aggregate analytics without cookies or cross-site tracking (privacy-first page-view counting only).

What we never do

• We never sell personal data.
• We never use birth data for anything except the service you asked for.
• We never make automated decisions with legal or similar effects about you.

Legal bases and your rights

We process personal data under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and, for users in India, with regard to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP). Birth data is processed with your consent, given when you submit the form; orders are processed to perform the contract with you.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time — with/delete in our Telegram service, or by writing to the address above.

What deletion actually does

• Erased straight away. /delete removes your Telegram record, any chart you saved through it, your conversation state, and your daily usage counters. That removal is permanent and cannot be undone by us.
• Kept for accounting. If you have bought a report, /deletedoes not touch the order record or the chart the report was built from. We keep sales records for as long as accounting and tax law requires. Ask us and we will remove everything the law allows us to remove.
• Backups age out, they are not edited. Our database is backed up nightly. Deleted data can still sit inside an older backup file until that file rotates out — we keep 14 daily and 8 weekly snapshots, so this can take up to roughly two months. We never restore a backup in order to bring deleted data back.

Retention

Unsaved chart computations are transient. Saved charts and Telegram records persist until you delete them. Order records are kept as long as accounting law requires.

Your report PDF and its download link. Reports are delivered through a private download link that stops working 30 days after it is issued. The PDF file itself stays on our server after the link expires, so that we can issue you a fresh link if you ask. Tell us you want the file removed and we will delete it.

Processors

• Payments. Handled by the provider you choose — Stripe, Paddle, or PromptPay through your bank. We never see your card numbers.
• Booking and video. Live sessions are scheduled through the booking widget embedded on our booking page (Cal.com), which receives the details you type into it. Your confirmation email carries the link for the video meeting provider named in that email.
• Analytics. We count page views with GoatCounter running on our own server. It sets no cookies, does not follow you across other sites, and builds no profile of you, so the counts stay with us rather than with an outside analytics company. It is loaded only when analytics is switched on for the site.
• Backups. Nightly database backups are written to our own server. Where off-site backup storage is configured, a copy of that backup file is also held by that storage provider.
